America’s Sheriff Joe Arpaio is in a lot of hot water over allegations that he allowed close to 400 sex-crime cases to go under-investigated (if looked into at all). It seems he was too busy ensuring that inmates had on pink underwear and everyone with a tan was detained indefinitely and then sent out of the country.
Around the world, citizens receive various rights set forth by their government’s constitution. However, not all government’s allow the same amount freedoms. One freedom that is particularly enjoyed throughout the world, but not by all people of the world equally is freedom of speech. The First Amendment of the United States is one of the strongest freedom of speeches that any government grants. While other nations like the United Kingdom and France provide freedom of speech, it doesn’t protect types of speech like hate speech that the Fist Amendment does. Continue reading
Looking for a roommate can be such a drag. Why not just head over to the local graveyard and dig up some companionship? That’s what this Russian guy did, and hey, it seemed to work out okay for him.
man, described as a “historian” is said to have roamed local cemetaries around Nizhny Novgorod, digging up as many as 29 female corpses. Continue reading
Thirty years ago police uncovered the bodies of eight men buried beneath John Wayne Gacy’s home. To this day the identities of those lost souls have remained a mystery. There was no such thing as DNA testing back in the 70s when Gacy was arrested and after the killer clown was executed in 1994 it seemed like the secret died with him. But now detectives are re-examining the remains in hope that modern science can finally solve a mystery that has lingered for over three decades. Continue reading
Overjoyed at his recent parole, Dwayne Kennedy borrowed a cell phone to call his family to let him know that he’s getting out. But he probably had to call back and cancel his plans because immediately after that he was caught with the contraband phone and was given an extra five years. Continue reading
Turns out that you really can judge a book by its cover. Especially that book is a 22-year old pizza parlor employee who wears Hello Kitty garb, loves “cute things” and describes himself as having a 15-year-old girl’s personality.
You see, it’s this torturous 15-year old girl personality residing within the being of Erik Epperson from Indiana that keeps the young man from establishing healthy relationships with girls his age. At least that’s what he told the FBI when he was busted for having traveled to San Diego, CA in order to have sex with a 14-year-old girl.
Mark Anthony Richardson II is one of those guys who is so perverted and dedicated to his adult baby/diaper fetish that it almost borders on genius. Sick, sick, shitting in your pants genius. A judge in Oklahoma just finished throwing the book at Richardson for pretending to be autistic in order to convince two different women to allow him into their houses where they would diaper him and feed him like a baby. The fact that he looks like the malformed love-child of Beavis and Joe Dirt only sweetens the pot even further. Continue reading
Ophelia De’lonta covered her prison cell door with paper, put down towels around her bathroom area and prepared to administer the medical procedure that the state of Virginia so far refuses to provide for her. Armed with three disposable razors she began digging into and sawing off her own penis, only stopping three hours later when she passed out. She awoke later with 21 stitches, still stuck in the same all-male prison she so desperately wants to escape. Now she’s suing the state to get them to pay for the sex change operation she claims may be a matter of life or death.
Ah spring. The time when a young man’s fancy turns into habitual and compulsive public masturbation in front of a costumed advertiser. How romantic.
Phonex’s very own Kevin Robert Theriault, 42 (at right), was arrested on three counts of indecent exposure and public sexual indecency after having allegedly masturbated in front of a women dressed as the Statue of Liberty on four separate occasions while she was outside advertising tax preparation services. On Tax Day no less! Continue reading
For as long as there have been colleges and universities, there have been salacious stories, sexual scandals and carnivorous controversies. In surveying the landscape of college scandals, it seems there is not enough space in this article to even graze the surface before dipping into the triple digits.
While colleges in general are always prone to controversy (such as UCLA’s former director of the Willed Body Program being sentenced to four years in prison for selling body parts on the black market), I decided to relegate this survey Continue reading
